Chocolate protein porridge Another one of my favourite breakfasts I have at least once a week after I have trained. Packed with protein and carbs, great to help you refuel. Ingredients 1 tsp cinnamon 50g oats 200ml unsweetened almond milk 30g chocolate protein powder (I use collagen protein, which is great for your skin ) A large spoonful of fat free Greek yoghurt Handful of berries or flaked almonds Method Combine all ingredients in a pan apart from the yoghurt, berries and almonds. Slowly bring to a simmer over a low to medium heat. Add more milk or water if you wish depending on the consistency you prefer. Then serve in a bowl and add the yoghurt, berries and nuts. This only takes a few minutes to make so great if you are struggling for time. Your bathroom scale only measures one thing, which is your weight. It doesn't measure your bicep size, waist circumference etc.. it also doesn't measure %bodyfat. You can be a lot more muscular than before but still weigh the same - that's because you lost fat and gained muscle.💪👍 . Your weight can fluctuate throughout the week, even throughout the day. The average adult's weight fluctuate 5-6 lbs a day. If you want a relatively more accurate measurement, you need to try to control your condition: for example, measure your weight the same way (ie. Mornings w/o clothes, after bathroom... Etc ) . Днес избрах да ви покажа един вариант на така популярните Mug cakes, който е супер лесен за приготвяне (в микровълнова/фурна ) и е с високо съдържание на протеин - цели 31г. Чудесно за сутрешна или следобедна закуска. Необходими продукти: 🍓 1 яйце (може да замените с половин авокадо ) 🍓 25г протеин с вкус на шоколад (Аз добавих един от любимите ми протеини с вкус Chocolate Brownie на @myproteinbg ) 🍓 5г какао 🍓 20мл ядково или прясно мляко 🍓 50г плодове по избор -череши, ягоди, горски плодчета; 🍓 10г фъстъчено масло (Използвах Peanut butter crunchy на @myproteinbg ) 🍓 Бакпулвер- около 1-2 щипки 🍓 Мед или подсладител по избор Приготвяне: 1. Разбийте яйцето с какаото, млякото и протеина в една чаша до хомогенна смес. 2. Добавете бакпулвер и подсладител и разбъркайте. 3. Für zwei Portionen👉 150g ◇Milchreis🍚 im Verhältnis von 1:5 mit ◇Milch🥛 (bei mir halb Wasser, halb Milch ) in einem Topf bei kleiner Hitze ca 30 Minuten köcheln lassen. Quando fare Stretching 🤸🏼 . L’argomento è sempre elemento di dibattito e ci si chiede sempre se farlo prima o dopo l’attività ⁉️ . La risposta tutto dipende dal tipo di stretching e dallo scopo 😊 . È stato dimostrato che i progressi con lo stretching statico si ottengono quando viene svolto ad una temperatura corporea più alta quindi teoricamente a fine allenamento 🔥 . Mentre quello dinamico risulta essere utile ad inizio sessione come breve riscaldamento insieme a 5-10 minuti di lavoro aerobico a media/bassa intensità per “scaldare i muscoli” e prepararlo alla sessione di Training 🏃🏻‍♂️ . Ma voglio sentire Voi. Prima di tutto voglio sapere se fate o non fate stretching e per chi lo fa se ad inizio o fine sessione di allenamento 🧘🏻‍♀️ . RECIPE: 1/2 cup rolled oats 1 cup cashew milk 1 grated carrot 1 tsp cinnamon Zest of 1/2 orange, grated 1 scoop @wholeearthandsea_aus Organic Fermented Protein + Greens vanilla chai 1 tbsp flaxmeal Toppings of your choice! . 1️⃣Cover oats with boiling water and soak overnight. 2️⃣In the morning, add soaked oats, milk, cinnamon, grated carrot + orange zest to a pot and bring to the simmer. Cook until thick and creamy. 3️⃣Add protein + flaxmeal, stirring until nice and fluffy. 4️⃣Spoon into a bowl and add toppings of choice. I added more carrot, apricot jam, dried mulberries + nut butter. ENJOY 💛💛
