Abspeichern nicht vergessen, dann habt ihr immer Ideen für einen kompletten Tag parat 💚⁠ ⁠ Reisflocken Porridge mit Skyr (Post vom 03.03 )⁠ Tofu Bowl mit Reisnudeln (11.02 )⁠ Low calorie Schoko Mousse ⁠ Maultaschen Lasagne (10.03 )⁠ ⁠ Die Schoko Mousse ist dieses Dessert von Natreen, gefunden beim Real. Für meine Begriffe saulecker und man kann es auch mit Proteinpulver aufschlagen, dann hat es etwas mehr "Inhalt" ; ) . my stove top oats from yesterday- yes two oat posts in two days because these were too good not to share 🤩😍 super creamy @quakeroatsuk , golden linseed, crushed @wonderfulpistachiosuk almonds, raisins and @kin_nutrition vegan vanilla protein powder heated on the stove and then topped with a sweeeet plum, grapes, oven baked gooey banana, @bromafoods orange choc sauce and @manilife_ crunchy peanut butter🤩insanely good, I wanted to cry 🤣🥰 - If you’ve never tried baking your banana; DO IT! For about 15 minutes cut into chunks in the oven, mid temperature...you get the gooey-ist, caramelised bites of banana🍌🍌✨which goes so well with the peanut butter and warming oats🥣 also, if you cook sweet potatoes next to them and then move the potatoes along to where they were cooking, they get a borderline banana flavour and caramelisedness🥺🍠😍 - happy Saturday!!🌈 somehow managed to naturally wake up at 6am this morning, my body clock seems to have been reset so much to the point where I naturally wake so early now. The only downside is that I’m so tired by 10-11pm! 😂so different to when I used to stay up until 2am...probably better for me too😌💕ANYWAYS! Started my morning with a lovely smoothie and cups of tea and fruit (see my story for what I eat today ) to soothe my cramped and soon am going to get some fresh air. Trying my best to keep positive and be happy about the little things; really helps ground me and not get too much in my head. Will spend the afternoon doing uni work/cleaning my room (which is WAYYY overdue!! ) and being with my mum.
