Guten Abend ihr lieben 😊 Nach mittlerweile 3 Wochen im neuen Job ist es garnicht so einfach, alles unter einen Hut zu bekommen. Nachdem ich um halb 5 ca. Zuhause war, hatte ich un 5 einen nageltermin. Um halb 7 war ich dann daheim und konnte kochen 😍 es gab kartoffeltaler mit doppeldotterei und senfsauce 😍 das rezept für die kartoffeltaler kommt unten, wie man eier kocht muss ich euch nicht erzählen und die Senfsoße ist Cremefine mit Salz, Pfeffer, Knobigrundstock, und Kräuter Senf 😊 Kartoffeltaler (ich hab heute die hälfte des rezepts gemacht ) 1kg gekochte Kartoffeln, 2 El Speisestärke, 1 Ei, 125g Mehl, Petersilie, Schnittlauch, Muskatnuss, Salz und Pfeffer Kartoffeln stampfen, Ei, Mehl und Speisestärke dazu sowie die Gewürze und Kräuter. Zu einem Teig kneten (da hab ich noch ordentlich mehl für die Arbeitsplatte gebraucht ) Eine rolle Formen und daumendicke taler abschneiden, etwas platt drücken und von beiden seiten langsam anbraten. Die waren echt lecker und schön Kross ❤ Swiped mal rüber, da seht ihr meinen heutigen stand meines gewichtes. Ich habe 60 kilo abgenommen 😱❤ unreal af aber einfach Wahnsinn. Tips Tuesday!🌟 - I am no master at these infographics. But I thought I would make one of my own to prove a point.🚨 - How many times do you go to a restaurant with the idea of eating light and decide on a salad. This particular salad is 780 calories. Probably more calories than hamburger in some restaurants. I am in no way bashing Cactus Club, as they have delicious food! I just want to point out that this is probably not the best choice if you are trying to be in a calorie deficit.🙄 - On the opposite side is my mom's homemade lasagna. Do you know how many times I get asked about pasta while on the fit and focused program? This is actually an amazing choice for lunch or dinner as it is under 500 calories and has quite a bit of protein for the calories. Protein is going to keep you full and therefore you will do less snacking between meals.🎯 - I'd love to help you change your ideas about what is healthy food and what is bad food. While you are all over there loving chickpea pasta, I am currently on a Lentil Pasta kick. My favorite is @barilla since it holds its texture and is made with one ingredient...you guessed it...100% Red Lentils. Lentils are one of my favorite sources of plant based iron and protein. Lentil pasta is a great way to add more vitamins and nutrients into you meal. I paired it with some of my other go to vegan protein sources: frozen peas and raw cashews. Yes, that is a vegan parmesan pictured here! It literally takes 15 seconds to make! Just take 3/4 cup of raw cashews, 2 tbs nutritional yeast, a sprinkle of sea salt and garlic powder and blend in food processor. Until desired crumbles texture. Have you tried lentil pasta yet? Are you team chickpea or team lentil pasta? Btw, Barilla also makes chickpea pasta, which is also good.

A bowl of happiness 🤪 spinach, sweet potato (covered and dipped in nut butter after the photo! ) carrot, cauliflower, broccoli, kidney beans, some black rice sushi I found at uni and a loooooovely slice of avocado toast topped with garlic herb and mixed seeds 😍🥑🍱 - you know how Instagram can be deceiving? On this plate, you see some chunks of sweet potato and you’re like ‘huh, this is not that much potato!’ But the reality is, I baked a massive (maybe like 400g? ) sweet potato and picked at the chunks all day, with nut butter, and this was the absolute last of said potato so I thought I might as well add it to my bowl 😉🍠so what I mean, don’t take everything you see on Instagram//the internet in general as the truth BECAUSE you never ever see everything yano?🦋✨ - speaking of eating intuitively, last night before I went to bed I fancied some nuts so I stood and ate peanut butter out of the jar because I wanted to. Unknown calories, unknown measurement, but all cool because it’s what I wanted 🥰that’s why I want to do more full days of eating/maybe YouTube videos of what I eat in a day, as I know I find actual realistic intakes so so helpful and inspiring. Unpopular opinion: “healthy swaps” aren’t always healthy emotionally and mentally. 😬 via @workweeklunch ⠀ .⠀ 😐 Zucchini noodles are a vegetable, not pasta. Processed cauliflower isn’t the same as actual rice. Rice cake pizza is so far from regular pizza I don’t even want to call it that- it’s more of a rice cake cheese melt you know?⠀ .⠀ 🤔I think these swaps make sense sometimes, of course- when the swap you’re making HONORS your craving. (Like if you’re actually craving a rice cake pizza or cauliflower rice, obviously that’s a great choice )⠀ .⠀ 🤦🏻‍♀️But I’m tired of diet culture feeding us the idea that these “healthy swaps” taste as good as the “real” thing. It’s just not true! (unless you just dislike the taste and experience of legit pizza or real pasta, I mean.. fine )⠀ .⠀ 🤬The way diet culture demonizes carbs in general really bugs me. We literally need carbs (rice, pasta, bread etc ) to survive. Just look at the history of food all over the world: carbs have been an essential source of energy for centuries... and now we have decided they’re bad? No thanks. I’ll take my carbs because I want my brain to function properly.⠀ .⠀ ❓Something to think about: are you honoring your cravings? Are you making food choices based on what you really want or what you think is going to give you the body you want? And do your choices really satisfy you?⠀ .⠀ 🙏🏼Why I care: I can’t stand the thought of people in my community depriving themselves of real pizza and going for this rice cake pizza BS if that’s not what they actually want. Give yourself permission to eat the pizza. You don’t have to EARN it. You don’t have to justify it with exercise.
